The Brief
Internationally renowned DJ and artist Goldie wanted to establish a permanent gallery for urban and street art in Bangkok. Required a venue with industrial character, scale (500+ sqm), and creative-district adjacency.

Sourced and negotiated the 528 sqm Warehouse 30 unit. Coordinated lease and fit-out logistics for the international artist team.
