The Brief
An operator with a strong vision — a mid-century rooftop hideout, distinct from Bangkok's mall and hotel rooftop circuit. The brief called for a venue with both elevation and intimacy: a place that could host an early drink and stretch quietly into the night.
The Approach
We sourced a building with the right floor-plate, ceiling height, and rooftop access to make the dual-level concept work. Negotiated landlord terms covering structural fit-out, breeze-block partition installation, and outdoor licensing.
