F&B · Operator
An operator-matching mandate that brought a French restaurateur into a Sathorn neighborhood venue.
The Brief
A landlord with a corner townhouse in Sathorn seeking an experienced F&B operator. A French expat seeking a venue to launch a Lyonnaise-style bistro.
The Approach
We brokered the introduction, structured the operating agreement, and advised both sides on fit-out and licensing. Concept evolved from initial brief to final identity.
